At SeraKini, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We carefully check products before delivery to ensure they are sent in proper condition. However, if you receive a product with an issue, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when a return or refund may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

We may accept a return or refund in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was received damaged or defective

  • Any part or accessory is missing

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered

2. Time Limit to Report an Issue

Any issue with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Proof Requirement

To review a return or refund request, we may ask you to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video, which is highly recommended

  • Order details or invoice

All return and refund requests will be reviewed based on the information and proof provided.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • For online payments, the refund will be made through the original payment method where possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided through an agreed alternative method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will generally not be applicable in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind after purchasing the product

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • The issue was reported after the allowed reporting period

  • Minor differences in color, size, or packaging that do not affect the product’s functionality

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable. However, if the issue occurred due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or a damaged product, the applicable delivery charge may be refunded.

7. Policy Updates

SeraKini reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective once they are published on this page.
